Live sessions are as follows:

  • Week 1: Wed. October 8th, 2025, 5PM PT / 8PM ET

  • Week 3: Sat. October 25th, 2025, 10AM PT / 1PM ET

  • Week 6: Sat. November 15th, 2025, 10AM PT / 1PM ET 

  • Week 8: Sat. November 29th, 2025, 10AM PT / 1PM ET

Each session is 1.5-2 hrs long. Participants must intend to attend at least 2 out of the 4 sessions live. If this is not doable for you, please email us.
